The Napier Heritage and Conservation Body
The NHCB was constituted in 2019 by a group of enthusiastic residents with an interest in conserving all aspects of Napier that are of heritage, environmental and socio-economic importance to our community. Under a small steering committee, the NHCB was registered as a heritage and conservation body with Heritage Western Cape. It was later also registered as a non-profit organisation in March 2022. It aims to protect various aspects of heritage and environment in and around Napier in conjunction with the Cape Agulhas Municipality and other local bodies, associations and organisations.
