2. Who Can Enter

• • The competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
  • Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, or consultants of the Promoter, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members, and business partners, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• • The competition runs from the date specified per competition, and the draw will take place one day after the competition closes (“the Promotional Period”).
  • To enter, participants must purchase a ticket for the specific prize online.

4. The Prize

• • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
  • Prizes may be subject to additional restrictions as listed on each ticket post.
  • The Promoter does not take any responsibility for defects or non delivery of the supplied prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• • The winner(s) will be selected by random draw.
  • The winner will be notified via WhatsApp or Email.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 Days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.

6. Personal Data and Publicity

• • By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  • Winners may be required to participate in publicity. By accepting the prize, winners grant the Promoter the right to publish their names and photographs in promotional material for up to 12 months.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice, especially in the event of circumstances outside of their control.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participants and winners hereby indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies, and its agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from their participation in the competition or the acceptance/use of any prize. 
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any brands or companies of prizes offered.
